Compensation:
Salary Range: $42,500.00 - $50,000+ per year
Additional Compensation: Attractive Monthly Bonus Scheme

Primary Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure top-notch quality in the preparation, cooking, and serving of food.
Strategically create weekly schedules and organize the crew to manage business effectively across various shifts.
Manage inventory orders and supplies, oversee delivery accuracies, and process invoices.
Accurately manage weekly payroll for team members.
Uphold the highest levels of guest service, addressing and resolving guest complaints efficiently.
Implement and maintain safety standards and sanitation practices.
Oversee proper cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting to the corporate office.
Provide continuous on-the-floor supervision to enhance line production and guest service.
Conduct ongoing training, coaching, motivation, and evaluation of team members; responsible for hiring and termination as needed.
Drive profitability and manage store reporting with precision.
Cultivate store leadership and prepare them for future career advancement.
Requirements:
High school diploma is mandatory; some college education preferred.
Proven management experience.
Preferred management experience in the food service industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
