Position Overview
Apple Air is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive operational excellence. As the General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage a talented team, and implement strategic initiatives to ensure the growth and profitability of the business. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
• Oversee operations across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical divisions to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Manage budgets, P&L, and financial performance to meet revenue and profitability targets
• Lead and mentor a team of managers, technicians, and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
• Monitor industry trends, regulations, and technologies to keep the company competitive
• Enhance customer satisfaction through service excellence and relationship management
• Drive recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives effectively
• Proficient in operational management, process improvement, and customer service best practices
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the HVAC and plumbing industries
