    Job Description

    As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. Your primary role will be to lead, teach, inspire, and motivate our staff to ensure they deliver excellent customer service and maintain the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. You will be the driving force behind our restaurant's success, ensuring a positive and efficient work environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

    • Lead, teach, inspire, and motivate staff to achieve their full potential.

    • Ensure compliance with McDonald's standards, policies, and procedures.

    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

    • Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing training and development.

    • Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.

    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

    • Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive resolution.

    • Collaborate with the franchise owner and management team to achieve business goals.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the fast food or restaurant industry.

    • Strong understanding of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

    • Ability to teach, inspire, and motivate a diverse team.

    • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

    • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,

    • Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
