    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a general laborer with a current CDL license to work on a construction crew and haul material, previous construction experience preferred, but not required. Must be able to read a tape measure, use hand tools such as drills, etc., and able to lift 50 lbs. Looking for a person with a great work ethic, good attitude, and an ability to follow directions.

    Objectives of this role:

    • Follow daily directions provided by site foreman.

    • Perform general physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving heavy objects.

    • Load and unload material and equipment.

    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites and vehicles.

    • Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

    • Other job-related responsibilities as assigned.

    Required skills and qualifications:

    • Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License), must be able to drive manual truck.

    • Physical ability and strength to perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions.

    • Basic knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and safety procedures.

    • Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.

    • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

    • Good communication skills.

    • Prior experience in construction or a related field, a plus.

    • Strong work ethic and reliability.

    • Ability to lift 50 lbs., occasionally.

    Compensation details: 20-25 Hourly Wage
