General Laborer

Description:

We are seeking candidates for Light Maintenance/ General Laborer to working as part of our Escrow team of associates.

General Laborer/Porter/Light Maintenance job description includes but is not limited to the following:

• Daily grounds pick up in all outside areas, which includes maintain a neat area around all outside dumpsters. Inside trash pickup includes the club house, fitness room and various public restrooms on site.
• Assist with heavy trash disposal in turnover apartments. Light maintenance may include basic plumbing and electrical.
• May be required to dismantle and dispose of various structures at the property.
• Outside grounds maintenance may include blowing/raking leaves, spraying weeds, snow removal and salt spreading, pool maintenance, cleaning gutters, and digging holes or trenches as needed for various purposes.
• May be required to operate small power tools.

Requirements:

• Driver's license - required
• Candidates should be able to lift 50-100 lbs. A
• Able to climb stairs and ladders.

Working conditions include exposure to weather. May be required to have a vehicle. Valid driver's license and state minimum insurance is required.

Pre-employment drug screen required. EOE

Compensation details: 16-18 Hourly Wage
