Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:
DDS/DMD Degree:
Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, along with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Wisconsin.
Commitment to Continuous Learning:

Credentialing with Dental Insurance Plans:
Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans, ensuring seamless and comprehensive coverage for our patients.
Physical Requirements:
Essential Duties Performance:

Tuberculosis (TB) Testing:
As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
