    Full-time Admissions Director qualifications include:

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred

    • 2 years of Admissions Experience required

    • 1 year experience in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred
    • Experience working in a Person Directed Care community preferred
    • Experience working in a nonprofit environment preferred
    • Experience working in the Cobb County market preferred
    • Genuine passion for working with elders
    • Ability to build strong working relationships with local hospitals and referral sources
    • Excellent customer service and communication/phone skills
    • Proficient Computer skills, experience working with online referral system preferred
    • Strong organization and time management skills
