Full Cycle Accounts Payable Coordinator

Our client, in Logistics is seeking a full cycle Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team. As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be part a small office team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, have attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Job Title: Full Cycle Accounts Payable Coordinator

Location: Houston, Texas

Pay Range: $20+/hour, DOE

Shift: 8AM - 5PM Monday thru Friday

What's the Job?

• Full Accounts Payable cycle processing

• Receiving all invoices daily

• Perform all functions in approval process

• Resolve discrepancies with supplier invoices

• Reconcile all account statements

• Prepare weekly pay runs, checks, wires, electronic payments

• Develop direct lines of communication with all client contacts

• Process vendor credit applications

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of overall Accounts Payable experience

• Proficiency in NetSuite ERP

• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Accounts Payable processing cycle

• Basic functional knowledge of the company reporting systems

• Experience with freight-related invoices, customs fees, and logistics services is a plus
