Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team of Full Time Consultants. If you have experience with Payroll, A/P, A/R, General ledger, and financial reporting, then this may be the right Full-Charge Bookkeeper role for you.

    As a Full-Time Consultant, you will be assigned to various clients to provide services that are appropriate for your skills and experience. We intend for each assignment to give you the chance to add value to the client and give you the opportunity to learn something new. Each assignment will vary in duration, but typically range from 1 month to 1 year in length

    Typical Responsibilities

    • Produce financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

    -Process bi-weekly payroll including garnishments, taxes and corresponding reporting

    • Balance accounts by reconciling entries

    • Examine payments received and record deposits

    • Be responsible for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

    • Manage and review general ledger

    Requirements

    • BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

    -3+ years' experience processing multi-state payroll

    • Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

    • General ledger experience required

    • Proven knowledge of QuickBooks

    • Strong familiarity with bank reconciliations
