Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience performing general ledger tasks, closing month end and year-end bookkeeping.

They should have a background using accounting software systems such as ADP, and although not mandatory, knowledge of ECI - M1 software (commonly used in manufacturing) would be a plus. A good understanding of backend operations of the accounting software is necessary. They will need to work with an accounting firm monthly to ensure correct closing of accounts. Familiarity with year-end closing operations is also important.

Lastly, they should be comfortable transitioning to new financial software as part of their day-to-day duties and month-end processes.
