We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Maple Plain, Minnesota, United States. The selected candidate will be required to manage a variety of accounting functions, maintain computerized accounting systems, and handle both accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), managing all related tasks.

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems effectively for various financial tasks.

• Implement and maintain Computerized Accounting Systems, ensuring seamless operations.

• Expertly navigate Microsoft Excel for financial data management and analysis.

• Use Great Plains (GPAC) software for various accounting operations.

• Manage the creation and implementation of the annual budget.

• Monitor and update customer credit records regularly.

Requirements - Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with Computerized Accounting Systems

• Mastery of Great Plains (GPAC) software

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Thorough understanding of Accounting Functions

• Expertise in handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in preparing and managing Annual Budgets
