Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description

Bridget Killen ar Robert Half is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper for an organization that is in the agricultural industry. The job is in an office in Junction City and requires being outside to collect inventory logs once a month.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently process and manage customer credit applications.

• Maintain and update customer credit records accurately.

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required.

• Handle full cycle of accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) efficiently.

• Conduct regular bank reconciliations.

• Perform billing functions accurately and timely.

• Manage the full cycle of payroll operations.

• Proficiently use Accounting Software Systems and Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel and Outlook.

• Utilize accounting software - Financial Services for smooth financial operations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential

• Familiarity with Quickbooks - Financial Services is required

• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Proficient usage of Microsoft Office Suites is a necessity

• Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Outlook is expected

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is needed

• Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is vital

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is crucial

• Must be capable of performing Bank Reconciliations

• Experience in Billing Functions is necessary

• Proficiency in Full Cycle Payroll is a requirement
