Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description We are seeking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. The individual will be instrumental in ensuring accuracy in financial documents through regular bank reconciliations and efficient handling of billing functions. This role involves managing all aspects of accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of accounting including both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements to maintain financial accuracy

• Efficiently manage all billing functions

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for a variety of bookkeeping and accounting tasks

• Process credit applications from customers with precision and efficiency

• Regularly update and maintain customer credit records

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as needed. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role

• Proficient in Basic Bookkeeping and advanced Bookkeeping Functions

• Demonstrable experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper

• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Experience with Automated Payroll systems

• Proven skills in Budget Administration and Budget Management

• Proficient in managing and maintaining the General Ledger

• Ability to Complete Expense Reports, Expense Recognition, and Expense Reconciliation

• Experience with Monthly Account Reconciliation

• Proficient in Sage Peachtree Dos and Sage Peachtree Windows

• Familiarity with Sage Pro software
