  • RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Fields all incoming telephone calls and e-mails from customers.

    • Communicate with customers via telephone and e-mail regarding products, order details and order status.

    • Works with Customer Service Agent to notify customers about issues with orders.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must have call center experience and/or distribution center experience

    • Shifts Available

    • Wednesday through Saturday, 12:00PM - 10:30PM CST

    • Sunday through Wednesday 12:00PM - 10:30PM CST
