Fulfillment Associate

Our client in the production industry is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to join their team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be part of the Receiving and Shipping department. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Fulfillment Associate

Location: Morrisville, NC

Pay Range: $17

Schedule: 7AM-7PM (2ON/2OFF/3ON)

What's the Job?

• Inspect incoming freight/packages for defects and/or damage and notify supervisor/manager in a timely and proactive manner; record defects/damage accurately.

• Responsible for verifying all details of incoming materials by recording shortages and discrepancies on the freight receiver and packing list, alerting supervision regarding any issues.

• Communicate with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time deliveries, while maintaining and controlling shipping and receiving records.

• Responsible for tagging, staging and palletizing raw material as it is received from outside vendors.

• Compare information on packing slip with receivers to verify accuracy of shipment. Accurately identify, label, and organize products to be received and/or transferred.

What's Needed?

• Ability to push, pull, lift or carry up to as much as 60 pounds occasionally, and up to 25 pounds frequently.

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

• Ability to read and understand all signage, and documents.

• Observes established safe working and housekeeping procedures.

• Follows all company policies, security protocols & procedures.
