Front Office - Night Audit

The Chetola Resort is one of the top destination resorts in the Carolinas. Located in iconic Blowing Rock, the resort is only 90 minutes from the Charlotte Airport. Chetola spans 140+ acres, offers award-winning amenities, and is the largest private employer in town.

The Resort is looking for a Front Office - Night Auditor to provide exceptional service to our guests for any issues that may arise during the overnight hours. The Night AUditor will be able to check in guests, will handle phone inquiries that come overnight, and will be responsible for doing auditing work at the end of each business day.

The Night Audit position requires someone who can independently solve problems while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Depending on school class schedules, this can be a wonderful job for a college student. Candidates for this position can have Full-time or Part-time availability.

Previous guest service experience required

Previous hotel or resort experience is a plus
