Shift Hours: 1st Shift Available

Pay Range: Up to $15.00 an hour

Requirements:

This is a full time, job opportunity: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM

Your job responsibilities as Front Desk Receptionist include:

• Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

• Maintaining safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintaining continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks as needed.

• Scheduling interviews

• Scanning

• Filing

• Other duties as assigned
