  • Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in Arlington, Texas. The role operates within the industry and involves overseeing front desk operations, managing inquiries, and providing administrative support. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and vendors.

    Responsibilities

    • Warmly greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors as the primary point of contact.

    • Efficiently manage incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and handle inquiries where possible.

    • Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, or reservations to ensure smooth scheduling for staff or executives.

    • Oversee daily front desk activities such as handling mail, courier services, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

    • Assist with basic administrative tasks like filing, data entry, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies.

    • Provide information and assistance to visitors, clients, or callers, answering questions or redirecting them as necessary.

    • Receive, log, and distribute mail, packages, or deliveries to the appropriate recipients.

    • Assist other departments or team members with various tasks or projects as needed to ensure smooth office operations.

    • Address any issues or concerns that arise at the front desk, whether related to visitors, scheduling, or other tasks. Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

    • Experience in administrative assistance and organizing files

    • Ability to manage a multi-line phone system

    • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on concierge services

    • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail

    • Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with staff and clients

    • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively

    • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and scanners

    • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional qualification in administrative studies will be a plus

    • Proven experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
