    The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Leader reports to the Americas Region FP&A Leader and will provide direct support to the VP of Finance for the Residential HVAC business unit and President of the Residential HVAC business unit. This role leads the financial reporting and forecasting cycles for the Business Unit (BU), as well as partner with other FP&A leaders and Investor Relations to drive best practices and key insights. Candidates must have a proven background of strategic leadership, analytical excellence, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate will be able to partner with leaders across the organization to identify opportunities to drive the best financial outcome for the BU.

    Where is the work: The work will be performed from our Davidson, NC Campus.

    Hybrid: This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week. 

    **What you will do:  **  

    • Lead all aspects of the financial reporting and planning processes, including monthly actuals, quarterly forecast, annual budget and long-range planning cycles.

    • Analyzes results and forecasts to identify risks and opportunities to optimize business performance.

    • Develops executive management presentations, including monthly operating reviews, quarterly business reviews, budget reviews, board meeting materials, etc.

    • Partners with all functions and organizations within the BU to connect strategy to results.

    • Performs ad hoc analysis and scenario analyses for business needs and projects.

    • Lead, coach, and develop team members to ensure high employee engagement, solid execution of responsibilities, and continuous development.

    What you will bring:  

    • 10+ years of experience within the Finance function of a publicly held global Corporation required, with at least one role in FP&A and leading teams in financial cycles, such as actuals, budgeting, and forecasting.

    • Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field is required.

    • Excellent communicator with demonstrated influencing skills and the ability to build and leverage internal and external relationships with a high level of social and cultural sensitivity.

    • Self-starter with strong financial acumen, analytical rigor & process management; proven ability to lead and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    • Team player with a strong ability to build relationships and instill confidence and trust with executive management and stakeholders.

    • Ability to identify process improvements and drive change, efficiency and standardization of the company's finance processes.

    • Possess excellent organization and time management skills to be able to handle several assignments at one time and work in matrix organization.
