Job Title: Forklift Operator and Material Handler

Job Description

Aerotek is hiring for a role that is crucial to our warehouse operations. The primary responsibilities include general warehouse duties such as receiving, storing, and shipping products or materials. You will also be preparing outbound pallet shipments, wrapping and strapping materials, updating inventory paperwork, operating forklifts for loading trailers, inspecting products onto trucks for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Hard Skills

• 1 year minimum warehouse experience

• Basic WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience

• Forklift operation (any kind)

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Soft Skills

• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse

• Attention to detail for inventory and shipment inspections

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

$17 - $18/hr

1st Shift

8:00AM - 5:00PM

Monday - Friday

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Garland, Texas.

Work Environment

New warehouse/distribution center, very clean and organized. The environment is non-climate controlled but equipped with big fans and water stations.
