Food Operations Manager 3

Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 3 to provide support for nutrition services at SSM Health hospitals in the St. Louis market and will be required to travel to WI and OK areas in the future. This role will focus on patient satisfaction and client relations. This individual will need to travel between site locations (a valid driver's license and acceptable driver's license record check is required) .

What You'll Do

• have oversight of day-to-day operations;

• deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations;

• develop and maintain client and customer relationships (i.e., comfortable in c-suite settings where communication skills are imperative when serving as top level site management)

• develop strategic plans focusing on patient satisfaction;

• ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance;

• create a positive environment;and/or

• ensure Sodexo standards are met.

What You Bring

• a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;

• the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;

• can demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC), and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degreeor equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 yearswork experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
