Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-service oriented Food and Beverage Runner to join our Luxury Premium team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering food to suites, restaurants, and dining room patrons in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Delivering Food - Deliver food orders to customers in a timely and accurate manner.

• Assisting Staff - Help suitemates with large order, restocking, and other assigned duties.

• Cleanliness - Keep work areas and equipment clean, includes following principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.

• Customer Service - Communicating with guests, includes responding to customer requests and complaints to assure Service Excellence.

• Communication - Communicating effectively to suitemates, bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure compliance by maintaining company standards.

• Closing Duties - Complete closing duties such as storing, breaking down, and cleaning equipment. Provide feedback to supervisors.

• Other Duties - Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum (1) year of Food and Beverage, Hotel/ Hospitality, Club or Full-Service Restaurant experience.

• Valid TABC or state approved Alcohol/Liquor certification.

• Valid ServSafe or state approved Food Handler's certification.

• Excellent customer service, organization, and time management.

• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to remain focused in a loud and busy environment.
