    SUMMARY:

    Drive maximum sales, profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned store by effectively selling the company's products and related services. Exceed customers' expectations by building a professional relationship to determine the scope, budget and products associated with project. Ensure customers are provided with accurate monetary and timeline quotes for the project.

    DUTIES:

    · Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.

    · Demonstrate products and services to existing and potential customers, assisting them in selecting products best suited to their needs.

    · Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned store to generate new business.

    · Participate in face-to-face meetings and phone calls to address customer inquiries and promote product sales.

    · Research sources for developing prospective customers and determining their potential.

    · Develop clear and effective quotations for current and prospective customers.

    · Prioritize and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly.

    · Plan and organize personal sales strategy to maximize the Return on Time Investment.

    · Follow-up with customers after all points of contact

    · Provide management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

    · Effectively navigate and utilize assigned computer programs to perform role related tasks.

    · Stay abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through pertinent literature and consultations with marketing and technical service areas.

    · Demonstrate the ability to perform and maintain KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) and metrics.

    Pay: $52,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

    Requirements:

    COMPETENCIES:

    · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    · Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software preferred.

    · Proficiency in mathematics to identify the square footage of rooms for carpet and hard surfaces.

    · Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving with a consultative sales approach.

    · Results-oriented and able to work independently and within a team environment.

    · Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining professional relationships with team members and customers.

    · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

    · Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative.

    · Strong organizational skills with effective task prioritization.

    · Adaptable and open to change.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    · Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

    · Must be able to lift 50 pounds without restrictions.

    TRAVEL REQUIRED:

    · Travel may be required to customers' home or other store locations.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    · High School Diploma or Equivalent.

    PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    · Associate or bachelor's degree in related field.

    · 2-5 years of experience in related field.

    ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

    · Unrestricted driver's license.

    WORK AUTHORIZATIONS:

    · Eligible to work in the United Sates.
