  • Job Title: Fleet Operations Manager

    Job Description

    • A recognized automotive part distributor is looking to add a Fleet Manager

    • This candidate would be responsible for centrally managing the organization's transportation equipment, processes, technology, and overall strategy

    • This person will develop, enhance, and monitor corporate KPIs and other measurement systems associated with equipment, drivers, safety, maintenance, and training processes

    • This person must ensure that all company vehicles and employees meet safety and compliance requirements, including DOT and OSHA guidelines as well as company policies

    Responsibilities

    • Manage all aspects of the organization's fleet program, including leasing, purchases, sales, maintenance, and repair process

    • Partner closely with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality, safety, and effective cost management

    • Establish alternative vehicle leasing providers

    • Develop programs to improve fleet efficiency, monitor KPIs, measure safety, and monitor costs for continuous improvement

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00
