Note: The hourly rate for this position is $30 - $32 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Hours: 6x10's, Monday-Saturday, 40+hours

• Install, repair, and maintain flat metal roofing systems on commercial and residential buildings

• Measure and cut metal roofing materials to fit specific dimensions

• Ensure proper sealing and waterproofing of roofing systems

• Inspect roofs for signs of damage or wear and perform necessary repairs

• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure project specifications are met

• Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a background check U.S. citizenship or Green Card required

• Proven experience as a flat metal roofer or in a similar role

• Knowledge of different types of metal roofing materials and installation techniques

• Familiarity with safety practices and regulations in roofing

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawing

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Physical stamina and ability to work at heights

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with insurance

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
