  • Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Hudson, NH to bring on a First Article Inspector on 1st shift. This is a temp to hire position.

    Position : First Article Inspection

    Schedule : Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 3:30PM

    Payrate : $19-$23/HR

    Job Description:

    We are looking for an on-site Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and help to oversee the quality of all products and services that our organization produces. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that all aspects of our manufactured products meet the expectations of our stakeholders. Ultimately, you will work with a team to ensure our final products meet both industry and our corporate standards as well as all specifications provided by our customers.

    Responsibilities

      • Preparation of First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR's) including AS9102 Aerospace FAIR's.
      • Conducting & documenting process / product validations and internal audit reports.
      • Assisting in the creation / documentation of training materials and quality test procedures.
      • Monitoring and measurement of in-process manufactured product(s).
      • Performing routine quality inspections and electrical verification tests.
      • Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.
      • Identifying and assisting in the implementation of potential quality improvements.
      • Discussing and addressing issues / potential solutions with superiors.
      • Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.
      • Assisting in the creation / documentation of training materials and quality test procedures.
      • Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed.

    Qualifications

      • Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist/Technician/Engineer or similar role.
      • Strong knowledge of, and experience in, the generation of First Article Inspection Reports.
      • Ability to read and comprehend prints, drawings, bills of material and other production documentation.
      • Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
      • Knowledge of relevant quality and regulatory standards.
      • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
      • Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
      • Strong focus and attention to detail.
      • Experience with IPC/610 and/or IPC/620 Workmanship Standard and ISO 9001 Quality System a plus.

    Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
