Fire Alarm Lead

Overview

The Contractor shall provide a properly trained and certified Fire Alarm Lead (FAL).

Responsibilities

• The Fire Alarm Lead should be properly trained and certified.

Qualifications

The Fire Alarm Lead shall possess, as a minimum:

a. NICET II certification

b. Seven years of: 1. Testing of fire alarm systems 2. Troubleshooting of fire alarm systems 3. Commissioning of fire alarm systems and sprinkler systems 4. Sprinkler system testing/repair
