Financial Data Analyst

Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Financial Data Analyst position in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing a range of skills to enhance data management and operational efficiency in our organization.

Responsibilities

• Utilize SAP ERP for data management and operational efficiency, supporting organizational goals and exceeding performance benchmarks.

• Connect advanced Excel tools with Tableau and Spotfire to create dynamic visualizations that improve decision-making processes and operational visibility across departments.

• Develop and maintain critical data on pharmaceutical raw materials, including specifications, and manage the BOM & Recipe release processes.

• Act as a departmental representative for on-site projects, collaborating with global and site stakeholders to maintain and optimize product hierarchies.

• Implement a risk-based testing approach for ERP and associated boundary systems, developing and maintaining site test scripts and documentation.

• Offer periodic on-call support for emergent system issues, troubleshooting complex problems to ensure continuous manufacturing and supply chain operations.

• Maintain master data records in SAP NEXT, integrating material master data into the product lifecycle database.

• Manage product and quality data, including inventory, procurement, and production data.

• Design and maintain NPDI database for workflows, ensuring 100% master data accuracy.

• Automate data processing using SQL and Tableau, streamline complex data integration and statistical computations. Requirements - Proficiency in Data Analysis and Data Mapping

• Experience with SAP Data Services and SAP Master Data Governance

• Familiarity with Pharmaceutical Products is beneficial

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL

• Experience with Tableau and Tableau Desktop

• Involved in Product Development

• Proficiency in Excel Formulas

• Experience in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry

• Financial Data Analyst job function experience
