Financial Business System Analyst

Job Description

A multinational financial services company is seeking a Business System Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will analyze stakeholder requirements, develop plans, manage risks, and communicate with relevant parties. You will create IT application documents, system specifications, and test plans. Additionally, you will gather business process requirements through interviews and surveys, translating them into workable systems and software requirements. You will collaborate with business architects and technology staff to deliver projects, perform risk analysis, and meet deliverables. Using statistical tools, you will interpret data sets to identify trends for diagnostic and predictive analytics. You will also work with Business Analysts, Project Leads, and the IT team to resolve issues and ensure consistent solutions. Managing relationships with external suppliers and service providers to meet requirements is also part of your responsibilities.

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years working as a Business Systems Analyst within a financial institution.

-Proficient in creating and maintaining business analysis artifacts - Workflows, Data flow diagrams, Data Mapping documents, User Journeys, etc.

-Experience writing and running SQL queries to extract and analyze data large data sets as well as the ability to visualize data, etc.

-Competent in managing JIRA and SharePoint projects, boards, and workflows. -7-10 years working as a Business Systems Analyst within a financial institution null
