    Job Description

    1. Objective:

    As the Financial Business System Analyst, reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for enhancing finance processes to align with business objectives. This role serves as the lead subject matter expert for the ERP system (M3) finance functional area and directly supports activities such as M3 implementation, system integrations at plant locations, process improvements, and post-implementation support. Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities (e.g., tax and compliance modules), collaborating with cross-functional teams to boost productivity, testing processes, and recommending enhancements. Position will write clear, structured business requirements and documentation, identify automation opportunities, and leverage project management skills and finance expertise to succeed in this role, working with minimal supervision.

    1. Main Function Responsibilities:

    A) Finance Business lead for the implementation of the new M3 ERP project acting as the primary liaison between Finance and the IT department with regards to the Finance module.

    B) Process Improvements: develop, plan, and execute ideas for process improvements based on business requirements regarding respective functional area. Maintain and administer all functional area process improvements with full understanding of detailed business and systems processes that interact with the businesses. Assist team in leveraging provided tools and fully utilize reporting tools to increase accuracy and throughput. Facilitate the review of standard systems and future programs to drive continuous improvement and drive efficiency.

    C) Facilitate and Liaison: subject matter expert liaison between the business, shared services, IT and respective BPOs in order to identify gaps as well as duplicated efforts. Work with management to develop, change, and keep up-to date documentation for procurement procedures globally. Liaise with other regions to coordinate all function related process improvements.

    D) Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: investigate and resolve technical failures raised by super user's; troubleshoot and resolve issues including errors, enhancements, and improvements related to M3 and other system issues; ensure questions and problems are answered accurately and efficiently.

    E) Prioritization: Manage function related tickets and requests.

    F) Role Review/mitigation efforts: responsible for ensuring any role requests are vetted for that particular job role any segregation of duties conflicts is mitigated prior to submitting to SOD Manager for approval. Regular review and response to audit controls.

    G) Performs other related duties as required.

    Job Requirements

    1. Qualification Requirements:

    A) Education & Qualification:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance Business Management.

    B) Work Experience - Technical knowledge:

    • Additionally, 5+ years in a Finance role (i.e. finance manager, controller).

    • Minimum 3 years ERP system experience required with expertise in the Finance module. All other related Finance modules preferred.

    • Skilled in finance or related transformation, consolidation, and data validation, auditing.

    • Strong program management skills required.

    C) Professional Skills:

    • High ability to multitask and prioritize workload and achieve objectives in a timely manner is required.

    • Ability to think independently, make decisions, and work through influence required.

    • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to handle and manage conflict is required.

    • Essential to have M3 process documentation and training ability.

    • Ability to confidently interact and influence at all levels of the organization.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively listen; to include technical and non-technical information.

    • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical decision-making skills.

    • Must have the ability to generate written communication.

    • Speech and hearing abilities that allow individual to communicate clearly and distinctly in English.

    D) Behavioral Skills:

    • Ability to think strategically, analytically and solve complex problems.

    • Builds solid and strong relationships with business partners.

    • Promotes feedback and appropriately escalates issues. Stays on project schedule, estimates/manages time efficiently and effectively, and is able to handle competing priorities Adaptability: Is sensitive to changing demands and requirements and changes; accordingly, is able to learn from mistakes.

    E) Desirable Aspects:

    • Experience with M3 (company's ERP system) preferred.

    • Experience with ERP system migration preferred.

    • Experience in Manufacturing industry, preferred.
