    Required Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor's/University degree.

    • 5 to 7 years of experience in business analysis.

    • In-depth financial reporting and analysis on the Data Book of Work.

    • Understanding and articulating changes to the financial metrics and headcount associated with the data book of work.

    • Experience with Excel and large data sets.

    • Track record as a Business Analyst within the Financial Services/Investment Banking industry.

    • Ability to learn/understand some technical implications of system design.

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Track and rationalize change management process related to the Book of Work.

    • Monitor Investment Requests and project-related financial measures across the data book of work.

    • Provide day-to-day management of individual project responsibilities including milestone setting, task and action management, coordination and execution of plans within required timelines and to stakeholder quality expectations.

    • Foster and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, support, testing and development team members.

    • Identify key project risks, whether stated or not, and managing to resolution or escalating accordingly.

    • Act as a subject matter expert for senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
