    Job Summary and Qualifications

    As a Financial Analyst, you will partner in the development and execution of strategies to improve division operations, providing financial and operational reporting guidance and analytics.

     What you will do in this role

    • Participate in development and detailed review of operation budgets and performance benchmarks. 
    • Strategically focus operational actions through projecting, forecasting and budgeting financial results
    • Identify revenue cycle performance outliers and negative trends and work with operations to achieve targeted improvements for the Division, specialties and individual providers.
    • Attend operations, physician, and hospital meetings for strategic planning and review and provide Reporting, Analytics, Forecasts and Strategic insight
    • Partner with and provide strategic guidance to Division, hospitals and operational management through financial analysis, ad hoc reports, proformas and forecasts – including establishment of performance targets and operational execution to achieve targeted performance
    • Assist finance team with presentation and analysis of monthly financial results, including assembly of the MOR packages, for Group, Division and hospital leadership. 

    Requirements you will need 

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field as required.
    • (1) year of corporate financial analysis experience; preferably in a physician practice management or healthcare-related environment.
