Financial Analyst

Job Description

An employer is seeking a Financial Analyst in the Cincinnati, OH area. This individual will be working as a contract employee. They will be responsible for assisting in the development and monitoring of department budgets as well as creating and preparing financial analysis reports. Throughout this person's day to day, they will be completing financial transactions such as journal entries, cash transfer, and budget adjustments. They also will be reconciling monthly financial reports and verifying the correct accounting information for purchase orders. There will also be the opportunity to support ad hoc reporting and projects as needed. They will be working collaboratively with their team and this person needs to have the ability to take initiative and be willing to learn.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

2-3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst

Excel experience Higher education/ academia background

SAP knowledge/experience null
