  • The Financial Analyst will be a key resource in reporting and providing critical analyses of Keurig Dr Pepper's financial performance for finance and executive leadership. As part of the US Coffee Finance team you will collaborate with business, finance, and accounting teams to help analyze and communicate key drivers of the business' financial results, as well as provide inputs to executive management packages and scorecards. This role requires an understanding of corporate finance, a keen interest in learning about the business, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to contribute to the process of making sound business decisions.

    This position is based in our HQ in Burlington, MA and will have a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office and 2 days work from home)

    What you will do:

    • Collaborate closely with the US Coffee business leaders and finance team on General Ledger month end close, financial reporting, to ensure monthly financials are fairly stated

    • Evaluate spend patterns versus historical norms, forecast plans, and competitive benchmarks to recommend sound business decisions and opportunities

    • Collaborate with business, finance, and accounting teams to help analyze, align, and report the key business drivers

    • Evaluate opportunities for process improvement and standardization of key financial metrics for development of financial scorecards and dashboards

    • Develop a detailed understanding of financial systems including SAP and various business warehouses or BI cubes to extract data and support the interpretation of periodic results

    • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling

    • Bring a strong work ethic, a sense of ownership, and a positive attitude to tackle the day's challenges
