    Required Skills:

    Finance Manager, Server Fleet Operations Responsibilities:

    1. Lead the finance function for Meta's server investments.

    2. Be a key contributor to financial planning and reporting for Meta's infrastructure business partners, ensure expense trends are well understood via regular reporting and analysis and develop accurate forecasts to drive accountability and to inform investor guidance.

    3. Own end-to-end partnerships with a range of senior business leaders.

    4. Provide objective recommendations on business strategy, investments, and operations.

    5. Build financial models for long-range planning and evaluation of Meta's server infrastructure investments.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications

    1. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or related field and 48 months of experience in the job offered or in a Finance Management-related occupation. Position also requires 48 months of experience in the following:

      1. Building relationships and communicating with stakeholders across levels and functions
      1. Working in a complex, fast-paced environment
      1. Manipulating data and turn them into insightful business recommendations
      1. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Tax, Accounting, Operations, to provide end-to-end financial support
      1. Developing annual budget plan for operating expenses, capital expenses and headcount that support the business to meet their annual goals
      1. Measuring actual spend against the budget, holding business teams accountable to their financial objectives, proposing and driving actions in partnership with business partners
      1. Identifying savings opportunities for operating expenses and capital expenses while driving them with the business.

    Public Compensation:

    $214,957/year to $236,830/year + bonus + equity + benefits
