    Job Description

    The Finance Lead for External Manufacturing (EM) will provide financial leadership, business expertise, guidance and support for Skyrizi OBI and other Finished Goods Device brands. More specifically, the Finance Lead will partner closely with the External Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure that Skyrizi OBI and other Devices are available for our patients, all internal controls are applied appropriately, and insightful financial analysis is provided to achieve strategic and day-to-day business objectives. The Finance lead drives the financial planning and analysis processes and requirements across the businesses supported. Ensures compliance with financial policies, prepares management analysis of actual vs. benchmark results, prepares financial analysis and implements process improves for direct area of responsibility. Provides accurate and timely financial analysis and planning deliverables to meet both Operations and Corporate FP&A requirements.

    Responsibilities

      • Provides insight on key financial drivers on impacting US & OUS actuals.
      • Ensures that all financial transactions are accounted for appropriately according to Imbruvica specific legal entity requirements.
      • Coordinates, consolidates and manages the development and reporting of Actuals, Plan, Update, Latest Best Estimate (LBE) and Long-Range Plan (LRP) including product variances, project expense, and headcount.

      • Provides oversight for EM-driven standards for Skyrizi OBI and other Finished Goods Device brands in the US and VLOG.
    • Provides insight on key financial drivers to support US & OUS forecasting.

      • Partners with EM and Brand teams to influence multiple key strategic initiatives and lead special projects providing financial leadership and support.
      • Partners with EM, Brand and Pipeline teams to support launch of new assets.
      • Works closely with EM to evaluate risk mitigation strategies when concerns arise in the existing Supply Chain.
      • Ensures financial results are recorded in compliance with company financial policies (CFM's), Sarbanes Oxley and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
      • Enforces and enhances internal controls by providing guidance and counsel to Brand teams in areas of Corporate Finance Manual (CFM) policies, divisional internal control procedures and International policies.
      • Develops strong partnership with Procurement to influence Terms and Conditions within our EM Contracts, resulting in Sustainable Margin Improvement (SMI).

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    List required and preferred qualifications (up to 10). Include education, skills and experience.

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.

    • CPA or MBA a plus.

    • Minimum 6+ years of progressive and related experience.

    • Experience in plant/cost accounting is a plus.

    • Strong financial, analytical and problem solving skills.

    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

    • Proficient Excel skills required.

    • Knowledge of SAP and BPC a plus.

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
