    Finance and Accounting Leadership Development Program ( FALD )

    International's FALD program offers early career professionals a three-year rotational program that gives you opportunities to rotate through various areas of International within our Accounting, Finance and Operations Teams, including: Manufacturing, Corporate Finance, Purchasing & Logistics, Product Development, Service Parts, and Sales & Distribution.

    Rotation flexibility is an important component of our FALD Program, as rotation assignments could include opportunities at International facilities in Texas, Ohio, Oklahoma, Alabama or elsewhere in the US.

    Our US-based program has two start dates a year: January and June/July.

    Responsibilities

    • Complete three 12-month rotations in various finance and accounting functions across our company

    • Work on meaningful projects and initiatives that impact our business performance and strategy

    • Learn from senior leaders and experts in the field of finance and accounting

    • Gain cross-functional experience to enhance professional growth

    • Opportunities to participate and lead cross-functional project teams

    • Develop your technical, analytical, communication, and leadership skills

    • Network with other FALD participants and alumni across the company

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree

    OR

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics and will obtain degree prior to first day of employment

    OR

    • Master's degree in process in Finance, Accounting or Economics

    Additional Requirements

    • Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)

    Desired Skills

    • Bachelors' or Masters' degree in finance or accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.0

    • Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments

    • Previous applicable co-op or intern experience

    • Proven teamwork, collaboration and leadership skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability to communicate to multiple levels of the organization, including senior leadership

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, produce excellent work results and follow-through on commitments

    • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Attention to detail
