    We are looking for a talented Final Parts Mounting Robot Technician to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Jamestown, NY.

    Education/Experience:

    High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

    This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

    Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Additional Information:

    Troubleshoot the Robots in the event they go down and implement a fix to mitigate downtime as efficiently as possible while maintaining high quality standards.

    This may include cleaning equipment inside the main arm of the robot (flow meter, color-stack regulator and its associated tubing), or cleaning or changing the robots' manifold or gun used to paint.

    Inspecting the paint for light spots, deficiencies in adhesion (fish-eyes, orange peel, sags or grease affecting paint from properly sticking to engine.

    Document Air control numbers any changes we made via respective paper or electronic log sheets.

    There is a 2-year commitment with this job.

    Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
