What You'll Do as a Field Operations Specialist:

• Jobsite Visits & Coordination

  You'll move between multiple jobsites, ensuring crews are working efficiently and that the projects stay on schedule.

  
  

• Customer Service & Communication

  You'll be the go-to contact for homeowners, providing updates, answering questions, and keeping them informed about their project's progress.

  
  

• Project Oversight & Coordination

  Ensure that crews have everything they need, from materials to schedules, and address any issues that may arise.

  
  

• Ensure Jobsite Cleanliness & Safety

  You'll ensure jobsites are tidy, safe, and organized throughout the project, making sure everything looks great at the end.

  
  

• Quality Control & Final Close-Out

• Collaborate with Teams

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction, project coordination, customer service, or a related role is a plus

Compensation details: 52000-80000 Yearly Salary
