    The Field Operations Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Operations. The Field Operations Manager will manage their direct report team with responsibility for delivering service quality.

    Requirements:

    Primary Responsibilities of the Field Operations Manager:

    • Delivery of training & tracking training compliance
    • Key contact with all Business Partners to include Commercial Sales, Finance, Human Resource, IT, Kreg Medical
    • Leading the achievement of all Kreg Operations KPI's
    • Responsible for partnering with CSR team
    • Responsible for management of product inventory and Kreg assets
    • Vehicle Operations to include deployment, maintenance, licensing and registration
    • Safety: Managing an accident and injury free environment
    • Adhering to all Quality & Regulatory requirements?
    • Partnering with Field Operations Training Coordinator
    • Identify, develop & implement procedures to improve operations
    • Development of direct reports
    • Fleet & Asset management
    • Responsibility for leading the achievement of?all?financial objectives
    • Monitoring all areas of Compliance including training, regulatory (OSHA, FDA, DOT & etc.)

    Requirements of the job:

    • A valid Driver's License
    • Ability to maintain organized management skills under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to travel overnight at times for trainings
    • Able to pass a criminal background check
    • Availability to operate in a 24/7 environment
    • Minimum 5 year's Management experience strongly preferred
    • Direct responsibility for hiring and performance management evaluations, corrective actions, recognition
    • Responsibility for Implementation training and acceptance of ERP system
    • Effective utilization and deployment of National Training Operations Coordinator
    • Previous experience in a healthcare service industry is a plus
    • Strong written, verbal communications and presentation skills
    • The capability to lift 50 lbs., loading /driving box trucks, moving large medical devices, working with medically complex patients at the bedside in the facility
