    Position: Field Operations Manager

    Overview: The Field Operations Manager oversees a team of field technicians engaged in cleaning and maintenance services, including carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and construction cleaning. This role ensures efficient project execution, high-quality standards, and client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the team to create a collaborative, results-focused environment. Assign tasks and schedule technicians for optimal resource utilization.
    • Project Coordination: Prioritize and coordinate cleaning and maintenance projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints.
    • Quality Assurance: Uphold high-quality service standards, conduct regular inspections, and verify that work meets client and company expectations.
    • Resource Management: Oversee inventory of equipment and supplies to ensure the team has the necessary tools.
    • Client Communication: Serve as the primary client contact, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.
    • Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure all technicians are trained in safety procedures to comply with regulations.
    • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate project records and generate reports to track key performance indicators.

    Work Environment: Primarily field-based, with some flexibility in hours to accommodate project needs.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Location: In-person

    Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience

    Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the cleaning or maintenance industry.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of cleaning processes, equipment, and materials.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
    • Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
    • Comfortable with using computer programs for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
    • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.

    Compensation details: 50000-60000 Yearly Salary
