    The Field Manager oversees and manages the pest control Service Technicians, providing them with training and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality services on every job.

    Responsibilities:

    • Hire and train Service Technicians in compliance with local laws and regulations, ensuring they are well-prepared and licensed for the role.

    • Manage and evaluate the performance of Service Technicians,

      facilitating

      regular meetings and

      trainings

      to review services, processes, and protocols.

    • Issue pest control products and chemicals to technicians, conduct daily field audits through ride-

      alongs

      , and provide feedback to the Service Manager on findings.

    • Monitor technician schedules, manage service routes (including high-priority or emergency routes), run performance reports, and conduct regular truck inspections to ensure equipment, inventory, and cleanliness standards are met.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED, preferred

    • 1+ year of pest control experience, preferred

    • Must be 21 years of age or older and

      possess

      a valid driver’s license

      Driving record must meet the company’s insurance standards

    • Earn and

      maintain

      state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided)

    • This position offers a salary base pay range of $50,000 - $60,000/yearr, with

      additional

      compensation opportunities

    • Paid
