    The Learning Consultant II will focus primarily on managing, validating, and performing quality assurance on the TRAIN domain. In between TRAIN domain data population events, they will provide assistance to Federal Learning Design team by contributing to content and asset development.

    Job Description (Job Posting):

    The Learning Consultant II will be responsible for contributing to the population, validation, and testing of the TRAIN domain, ensuring it accurately reflects training scenarios and supports training simulations, under the guidance of the TRAIN Domain lead. When not actively engaged in domain-related tasks, they will assist Federal Learning Design team with developing and maintaining instructor-led training materials and other training assets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Populate and maintain the TRAIN domain with accurate data and configurations.

    • Validate and perform quality assurance on the TRAIN domain to ensure it mirrors the live system and supports accurate training.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the domain in collaboration with IT teams.

    • Test new updates and system changes in the TRAIN domain to ensure they do not impact functionality.

    • Conduct regular checks and testing of the TRAIN domain to ensure consistency and functionality.

    • Ensure proper documentation and version control for all changes made to the TRAIN domain.

    • During downtime between domain loads, assist with content and asset development to support other teams.

    To be successful in this role:

    • Detail-oriented: Ensure the TRAIN domain is thoroughly validated, tested, and accurately reflects federal training content.

    • Customer-focused: Build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders by ensuring their training environments meet their needs and addressing issues quickly.

    • Good communication skills: Clearly articulate technical details to both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment: Manage tasks across multiple projects, adjusting priorities as needed to ensure timely delivery of both domain-related and content support work

    Basic Qualifications:

    • At least 6 years combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:

    • At least 1 year of experience in learning/adult education, project/program management, HCIT consulting, or client-facing/HCIT solution work.

    • At least 5 years additional related work experience or equivalent higher education.

    • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust Clearance

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Oracle (formally Cerner) Millenium Products or any EHR software

    Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

    US: Hiring Range: from $24.86 to $60.63 per hour; from $51,700 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
