Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

Ensure ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, lighting, and other installed systems, equipment, and other components.

Hard Skills

• HVAC system maintenance and repair (Must have Universal EPA)

• Electrical distribution equipment maintenance

• Plumbing system maintenance and repair

• Building automation systems operation and maintenance

• Predictive maintenance using a megger

• Boilers, heaters, pumps, and valves maintenance

• Refrigerant systems operation and repair

• Air compressor systems maintenance

• Sanitary sewer systems maintenance

• Trash compactor maintenance and repair

• Kitchen equipment maintenance

Soft Skills

• Effective emergency response

• Inventory control

• Preventive maintenance program improvement

• Safety awareness and hazard recognition

• Communication with management

• Report compilation and submission

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Cary, NC.

Work Environment

Will be working on-site at a 5-story corporate building.
