Job Description

As a Fabricator Helper, you will assist the fabrication department by using power tools, hand tools, and grinders to prepare materials for installation on trucks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that materials are accurately prepared and ready for the next stages of fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Use power tools, hand tools, and grinders to prepare materials.

• Assist in the fabrication process by ensuring materials are ready for installation on trucks.

• Read and interpret measurements accurately using a tape measure.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Essential Skills

• Experience with power tools and hand tools.

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.

• Basic understanding of fabrication processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment is preferred but not required.

• Attention to detail and strong work ethic.

Work Environment

You will be working in an open-air manufacturing facility, which can be hot during the summer and cold during the winter. The environment requires appropriate attire to ensure safety and comfort.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ocala, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.50
