The primary purpose of this position is to oversee and supervise the scheduled cleaning and maintenance operations for Food & Beverage beer draft systems property wide. Travel to Pinehurst outlets on set schedule, flushing beer lines, cleaning faucets, couplers and Fob's, maintain preventative maintenance inventory, and replacing broken or worn-out parts. Troubleshoot draft beer issues for Pinehurst Resort

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required and a minimum of two years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in Draft Beer Service Technician or Cleaning.

• This position involves driving a company vehicle and/or company insured vehicle. A valid driver's license is required, along with successful completion of a pre-employment Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and annual MVRs, according to company guidelines. Follow safe, defensive driving practices at all times, obey all traffic laws, regulations, signals and markings, use a seat belt, and follow Company policies and procedures, including the Substance Abuse Policy. Never drive while under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medications that may impair your ability to operate a vehicle safely, report any accidents immediately and cooperate fully with insurance claims investigations.
• Oversee the operations of Draft Beer line cleaning and maintenance for Pinehurst Resort and its operating restaurants.
• Keep detailed log of draft line cleaning for each outlet.
• Maintain inventory of operating supplies, including repair supplies, chemicals, and preventative maintenance supplies.
• Train members of Pinehurst Brewing Company brewhouse team how to clean, maintain and troubleshoot draft beer issues.
• Service all draft beer lines on a 14-day rotation; flushing, inspecting, deep cleaning faucets and couplers, flush lines.
• Ensure all Employees are trained in accordance with Pinehurst Resort standards
• Check all areas of responsibility before and after service for cleanliness, maintenance needs, and proper set-up.
• Ensure all draft beer systems are always operating properly, coaching and providing guidance for managers on best practices on draft beer systems
• Attend and pass Micromatic education seminars.
• Ensure proper supplies are always on hand to effectively service the guest.
• Ensures adherence to the Standards of Operation and company policies.
• Maintain health standards in accordance with the Health Department
• Ensures compliance with Safety Standards.
• This position may involve after-hour service calls or troubleshooting over the phone or site visit.
• In this position you will be expected to be available to work in various locations of Food and Beverage outlets depending on business levels. In addition, you will be expected to work holidays or weekends wherever needed even if your primary outlet is closed.
