Whatare we looking for?

• 5+ years manufacturing equipment maintenance experience, required
• Experience with preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing CNC Machinesrequired
• Industrial electrical maintenance experience, required
• Ability to organize and maintain clean, safe, organized workspace, required.
• Related Associate's degree or Technical School Certificate in Industrial Maintenancestrongly preferred
• Positive, service-minded, reliable, organized, proactive individual that is eager to solve problems.

This position reports to the maintenance/facilities manager.

Whatspecificallywill you be doing?

• Performing preventive maintenance on CNC machines and other production-related equipment (panel saws, CNC mills, routers, lathes
• Trouble-shoot and repairCNC machines and other production-related equipment when unplanned breakdowns occur (panel saws, CNC mills, routers, lathes
• Perform a variety of maintenance repair (building infrastructure, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic) with limited direction and guidance.
• Experience with using CMMS Software a plus.

Work Environment

The work environment is typical of most shop environments, not climate controlled and subject to outdoor weather conditions. Team members are exposed to sounds and noise levels that are distracting.

• Frequent exposure to fumes/dust particles; may require use of respirators or other types of PPE.
• May come in contact with toxic or caustic chemicals.
• Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
