    Objective

    To provide an enhanced experience for our guests, clients, and partner. Partner with Sales, Culinary, and Operations teams to deliver "The Levy Difference" and "Show Quality" every day and in every aspect of our operations.

    Departmental Responsibilities

    Group Sales Responsibilities

    • Evaluate upcoming events and seek out opportunities to feature something different and creative

    • Develop Sell Sheets for Sales Team to use as point of reference when selling concepts to clients

    • Partner with Sales Team to create collateral, imagery decks, and design implementation for key or themed events

    • Amplification of site visits, tastings, show office hospitality, and RAOK carts

    Culinary Responsibilities

    • Seek out new and trending food ideas and analyze opportunities to implement with the Chef

    • Update location menus and apply revisions as needed

    • Contribute to tasting experience for potential clients and promotional opportunities

    • Understand how to create an enhanced menu without increasing product cost

    Operation Responsibilities

    • Develop Chef Table design and mock-ups that are in line with our location "brand" aesthetic

    • Source and purchase the products and décor needed to execute on a daily basis

    • Create a Look Book of Chef Table diagrams, train on execution and then oversee setup and execution on event days

    • Continue to create and enhance food and beverage displays once standards are set Create templates for menu signs, food labels, and storytelling

    • Provide oversight, guidance, and suggestions to operations team from a client and guest perspective

    Job Summary

    Summary: Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of the Catering Sales team.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Operational event execution and/or catering sales background is a plus for fuller understanding of client needs and the planning process

    • Completes projects in a timely and professional manner

    • Takes initiative within all aspects of the position

    • Has strong attention to detail Holds team accountable in order to deliver great guest experiences

    • Able to communicate effectively with management teams, guests, and team members by speaking and comprehending English

    • English reading, writing, math, and computer skills required

    • Ability to taste and evaluate food and beverage products

    • Must be able to work extended shifts of 10 hours or more as business dictates

    • Must be flexible with schedule and able to work different shifts

    • Possible job hazards include, but are not limited to: slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts, and strains

    • Must be able to reach, lift, stoop, bend and perform extensive standing and walking (including stairs) throughout shift

    • Ability to use hands in office equipment, including the computer system Ability to talk and hear to conduct phone correspondence

    • Close vision and focus capabilities to view computer screen and company documents

    • Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.

    • Performs other duties as assigned.
