    What You Will Do:

    Guidehouse is currently seeking a high qualified individual for the position of Executive Support Analyst. This position offers office support activities and administrative coordination. The work will include preparing and maintaining a variety of Department specific reports, databases, and presentations; monitoring expenditures and transactions; composing original correspondence on behalf of the executive or executive leadership team; coordinating work for special projects; researching and compiling information and data; performing or overseeing data entry; summarizing data for presentations, including preparing graphs and charts; maintaining or overseeing the maintenance of a variety of department records; and performing miscellaneous admirative duties as required.

    Duties will include

    • Provide executive level administrative management support to the ECISO, when on-site at SA-9 to include if requested, planning meetings and prepare meeting materials prior to scheduled events, including meeting agendas, name tents, roster updates, handouts, etc., support the execution of actual meetings

    • Provide professional and courteous interactions and coordinate with DT executives and other DOS executives

    • Coordinate administrative and logistical details related to the day-to-day operations and the management and accuracy of the directors' calendars and appointments

    • Review, edit, write and re-write executive documentation, letters, memorandums, interoffice communications, confidential reports and other corporate correspondence for ECISO Leadership's approval

    • Create and update Microsoft Office presentations necessary for ongoing projects and essential briefings.

    • Assist in preparing and/or review office contributions by coordinating with Office Directors and Unit Leads.

    • Perform all travel coordination and reservations for ECISO

    • Assist with the performance of various office management duties, which vary from complex and/or confidential to include personnel files, agendas, travel advance, expenses, calendar management, assistance with special event coordination, escorting, visitor building access.

    • Assist with and facilitate in the timely responses to taskers received for ECISO

    • Coordinate information updates, and upload information as needed to SharePoint sites.

    • Prepare and/or maintain a desktop reference continuity document of duties and responsibilities

    • Assist with on/off boarding both federal and contractor personnel

    • Manage the inventory of office equipment/property

    • Manage supplies and equipment orders and distribution for the Office

    • Support planning meetings and prepare meeting materials prior to scheduled events, including meeting agendas, name tents, roster updates, handouts, etc., support the execution of actual meetings

    • Oversee conference room scheduling for the E-CISO's office.

    • Prepare and/or update desktop references as needed to standardize use and/or preparation of documents and/or equipment (VTC, plotter, etc.)

    • Prepare and/or maintain a desktop reference of duties and responsibilities

    • Keep contractor and government Distribution List current

    • Keep contractor and government Global Access List current

    What You Will Need:

    • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance

    • Bachelors Degree

    • FIVE (5) or more years of experience in a supporting role

    • Experience in project management consulting with federal clients

    • Experience interacting with and briefing GS-15 government personnel and above.

    • Excellent communications skills including written, spoken, and presentation

    What Would Be Nice To Have:

    • Experience leading high performing teams in an information technology environment

    • Cybersecurity experience at the State Department

    • Familiarity with State Department

    • ITIL certification or Lean Six Sigma

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

    • CISSP and/or MA a plus

    The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
