HR Manager in Law Firm ONSITE

Century City Law firm seeks HR Manager (Onsite) up to $180,000 DOE

This is an onsite position.

Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with California and federal employment laws (e.g., wage and hour laws, leave policies, harassment prevention, and workplace safety).

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including I-9s, personnel files, and training documentation.

Employee Relations and Engagement

• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.

• Address employee concerns promptly and equitably, ensuring adherence to labor laws.

Benefits and Compensation Administration

• Oversee administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.

• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in collaboration with accounting or payroll providers.

Strategic HR Planning

• Collaborate with firm leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.

• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making.

There is growth into Director-level opportunity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of California HR experience (ANY industry)

• Currently reside commutable distance to Century City
